Maria Fernanda Satizabal Gothard;

Mafe Satizabal is a Colombian artist born in Popayan, Colombia on May 12, 1965. Mafe completed a Bachelor of Fine Art at Jorge Tadeo Lozano University in 1994.  After graduating she moved to United States of America to study english and then completed her Master in Fine Art Photography at Rochester Institute of Technology in Rochester, New York in  2000.

She is married with an artist Vincent Gothard and together they have two children. Mafe now lives in Elbląg, Poland where she is working on going-on and new projects.
